State of the art machinery

Extrusion

In the first stage of our work process, we force the molten polymer through a dye to create components with a set cross-sectional area, such as tubes and rods, through the technique of extrusion.

Printing

Extrusion is followed by ‘printing’, We offer two technologies Rotogravure and Flexographic printing. Both the printing solution serve different end purposes and vary in print quality. As per requirement we select the process.

Cutting

Third step is cutting. Bulk packaging rolls are cut into pieces as per client’s requirement.The automated system ensure clean and precise cuts. Through this process multiple end process can be carried out such as side sealing based on product specification.

Quality Check

Quality check involves product scrutinizing and reaching to the conclusion if they are according to the client’s specifications and customization and taking corrective measures to make the product reach industry’s quality standards.
